New story idea. Character like Kyli in some ways, but set in modern times. She was not a great person, she drank too much and slept around. Something happened to make her estranged from her family. Maybe her family had money but they cut her off since she would not change her behavior and that caused a rift. She had a childhood male friend that she was close with. They might have even dated briefly. One day she went missing and her friend tried to look for her. Suddenly she showed up again confused and with no memory of who she was. Her friend tries to help her to remember her life and who was important to her.

During her absence she was  going through some sort of top secret experiment to make stronger, better humans for combat. She was implanted with eyesight enhancements, enhancements to make her blood clot better and improve her pain tolerance. She can basically be hurt and it wouldn’t affect her the same way as a normal human. She is not invulnerable but she can withstand more pain and injury than others. She probably also has some sort of implant in her skull for tracking purposes in case a test subject escapes as she did in this case .Also her losing her memory was most likely a fail safe of the experiment so she couldn’t report back what was happening.

She was scouted since she was a loose cannon. She was drinking in a bar and a man tried to hit on her but he really took her that night for the experiments. There were most likely some others also being experimented on. They were trying to make a sort of super human. Not sure who was behind the experiments yet.
